The spread of telemedicine and remote monitoring systems is transforming healthcare models, making the ability to integrate clinical data from a variety of medical devices increasingly crucial.<\/p>\n\n

However, technological fragmentation among solutions developed by different manufacturers can compromise the continuity of monitoring, hinder interoperability between devices and platforms, and limit the availability of structured information to support clinical decisions.<\/p>\n\n

SMARTCARE<\/strong> was created in response to this need; it is a project coordinated by ESA System S.r.l.<\/strong> <\/a>in collaboration with IFC-CNR<\/strong>,<\/a> which is developing a scalable platform for remote patient monitoring.<\/p>\n\n

The platform automatically collects physiological data from connected devices and makes it available in a centralized clinical environment<\/strong>, facilitating structured and reliable information management. Through automated alerts and customizable thresholds<\/strong>, the system supports patient monitoring and decision-making by healthcare professionals. <\/p>\n\n

      Co-funded by Cyber 4.0<\/strong>, SMARTCARE contributes to the development of more interoperable telemedicine models, promoting the continuity and availability of clinical information and more effective and sustainable remote monitoring.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
