Under Ministerial Decree of 10 March 2023 issued by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Cyber 4.0 has been designated as a Technology Transfer Hub and as the implementing body of Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 4 – Component 2 – Investment 2.3: ‘Strengthening and expanding the network of technology transfer centres across sectors and regions“.

The Center makes available to enterprises of all sizes substantial resources for both Industrial Research and Experimental Development projects, to be selected on the basis of public Calls for Proposals, and Digital Innovation Services, to be provided at the request of the enterprise and contribution disbursed through the invoice discount mechanism.

T4 Demo lab

The T4 Laboratory, located at Cyber 4.0’s operational headquarters within Rome’s Tecnopolo, is a multipurpose space open to companies and public administrations. It hosts testing and demonstration activities for innovative cybersecurity solutions, supports the technology transfer of innovations developed through Cyber 4.0-funded projects, and provides an environment for specialised training, immersive learning, and cybersecurity awareness programmes.
