This year Cyber 4.0 is again contributing as a scientific partner to the Cyber Crime Conference, an event organized by ICT Security Magazine in collaboration with SOCINT (Italian Society for Intelligence), which will be held on May 6 and 7, 2026 in Rome, at theAuditorium della Tecnica.

Now in its fourteenth edition, the Cyber Crime Conference confirms itself as a must-attend event for those working in the cybersecurity sector and for institutions, SMEs and local entities interested in understanding and interpreting the dynamics of cybercrime.
In 2026, cybercrime has become a structural risk factor for states, businesses, and societies. It no longer manifests itself as a sequence of isolated incidents, but as a continuous, organized phenomenon that is increasingly integrated into global economic and geopolitical dynamics. The Cyber Crime Conference 2026 was created to offer a clear and operational reading of this scenario, focusing on the issues that really affect digital security today.
Topics that will be explored include:
- the impact of artificial intelligence on the evolution of cybercrime, between faster, more targeted and harder to attribute attacks and increasingly advanced defensive tools;
- the increasingly blurred boundary between cybercrime, espionage, and geopolitical pressure, with a focus on critical infrastructure, essential services, and technology supply chains;
- the issue of digital trust, including identity abuse, information manipulation, deepfakes, and disinformation campaigns;
- the collection and management of digital evidence, the effectiveness of incident response activities, and countering anti-forensics techniques.
The event will take place over two days and will feature prominent international guests, institutional representatives and leading cybersecurity figures.
The languages of the event will be Italian and English, and interpretation services will be available for all participants.
Among the new features of the 2026 edition, of particular importance is the provision of one-to-one meetings with partners present in the exhibition area; a concrete opportunity to initiate targeted comparisons, delve into specific needs and create opportunities for qualified networking.
We are expecting you: Attend the Cyber Crime Conference and book your meeting with Cyber 4.0.
